Most heat pump “runs but no cooling” issues come from settings, airflow, or a repair need. Confirm the thermostat or mini‑split is set to Cool, not Auto/Dry, and lower the setpoint. Clean/replace indoor filters. Clear leaves/debris from the outdoor unit. Check zone settings on ductless heads and any Wi‑Fi schedules.
